Why Can’t I Order Over 2.4m in Length?

We’re currently limited to a maximum length of 2.4m due to courier restrictions.

Our orders are delivered via a third-party courier, and anything over this length exceeds the maximum parcel size they can handle safely and reliably.

Why This Limit Exists

Longer items:

• Are more difficult to handle safely in transit
• Require specialist transport rather than standard courier delivery
• Have a higher risk of damage if shipped outside standard limits

To ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition, we keep all items within courier-approved dimensions.

What Are My Options?

If your project requires a longer span, you can:

• Join two pieces on installation
• Use a support or bracket at the joint
• Design the layout around multiple sections

This is a common approach and works well for larger installations.
